Marketing Specialist

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (currently managed by an external agency - the successful candidate will fully take over this role)
• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Define goals and KPIs, and deliver regular performance reporting
• Performance Marketing & SEO/SEA
• Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
• Oversee SEO (organic optimization) and SEA (search engine advertising) activities
• Analyze data and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

Content & Social Media

• Independently manage the company's LinkedIn profile — creating and publishing content on a daily basis
• Develop creative concepts and briefs for the internal team responsible for graphic production and technical website updates
• Ensure consistency of brand communication and visual identity

• Min. 3–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing in an independent role
• Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEA and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Experience managing marketing budgets
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content
• Creative eye and ability to develop effective creative briefs
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to prioritize effectively
