About the position

Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Details:

  • Hours: 48 hours per week
  • Schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off)
  • Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
  • Commission: 1% based on net profit after deducting all store operating expenses

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the boutique’s luxury standards.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are beautifully presented, preventing stock loss, conducting stock take
• Assist in daily store operations including processing stock deliveries, stock handling, product tagging, and client service.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide personalized styling recommendations, taking client orders, following up with clients, arranging delivery to and from client’s location, closing sales via follow-ups and payment link, data capture for store CRM.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in retail or luxury fashion is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, confident, and sales driven.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
