About the position
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (currently managed by an external agency - the successful candidate will fully take over this role)
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Define goals and KPIs, and deliver regular performance reporting
- Performance Marketing & SEO/SEA
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- Oversee SEO (organic optimization) and SEA (search engine advertising) activities
- Analyze data and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
Content & Social Media
- Independently manage the company's LinkedIn profile — creating and publishing content on a daily basis
- Develop creative concepts and briefs for the internal team responsible for graphic production and technical website updates
- Ensure consistency of brand communication and visual identity

Job Requirements
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing in an independent role
- Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEA and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content
- Creative eye and ability to develop effective creative briefs
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to prioritize effectively
