About the position
Tasks:
• Collecting and qualifying technical and business requirements of the client
• Assessing the current technological infrastructure and providing recommendations for improvements
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Managing and leading IT sub-projects from planning to completion and/or collaborating in them
• Evaluating and recommending new technology solutions (hardware and software)
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identifying and mitigating potential technology-related risks
• Cooperating with stakeholders within the client’s organization to ensure that activities align with the client’s business objectives
Job Requirements
Must-have requirements:
• Experience as an IT consultant in an advisory role for complex software solutions in scaled agile projects with multiple teams or in a comparable context
• TIBCO Business Works development and TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service development
• Experience and knowledge in an agile project environment, e.g., with Scrum or SAFe, with multiple teams
• Fluent English and German, both spoken and written
Nice-to-have requirements:
• Experience and knowledge in problem-solving such as root cause analysis, solution proposals, solution evaluation, and independent working style
• Experience and knowledge in project and task tracking, e.g., Jira / Arija and/or Confluence
• Communication skills and experience in coordinating with interface partners
• Knowledge and experience with testing frameworks for Java and JavaScript (JUnit 5, Mock Frameworks, Selenium, JMeter, Cypress.io) and web security (OpenId Connect, SSL)
• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript / frameworks (Typescript, Node.js, JSON, Angular) and databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
