About the position

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Project Leader to lead a cross-functional Agile team developing advanced hardware and software solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of connected systems, combining embedded, hardware, and cloud technologies. You will lead a team of engineers and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and according to defined quality standards.
The role combines technical leadership with strong collaboration and stakeholder management. You will work closely with both engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery.
You will also take on a Product Owner role, responsible for defining and prioritizing the backlog, translating business and user needs into clear requirements, and ensuring that the product aligns with overall strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning delivery planning, including scope, milestones, resources, and budget
- Defining product requirements and translating business needs into clear specifications
- Leading and aligning cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
- Managing risks, dependencies, and change requests, and communicating status to stakeholders
- Acting as Product Owner, prioritizing backlog and driving Agile ways of working
- Supporting and developing a high-performing engineering team
- Using data and customer feedback to guide decisions and measure outcomes
- Ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable
Job Requirements
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles (e.g. clean code, testing, CI/CD)
- Hands-on experience working with IoT solutions involving embedded systems and cloud connectivity
- Proven experience working in Agile environments; experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master is a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-disciplinary environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage and align stakeholders
- Ability to translate business and user needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive decisions and deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software, embedded, or IoT development, including leadership responsibilities
