We are expecting projects in the Stockholm, Västerbotten, and Norrbotten regions, covering everything from applied machine learning and data-driven products to large-scale AI systems integrated into cloud and embedded environments.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
• Building and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and production inference
• Working with structured and unstructured data to extract insights and improve model performance
• Integrating AI solutions into cloud-based, edge, or embedded systems
• Fine-tuning and optimizing models for performance, latency, cost, and accuracy
• Developing APIs and services to serve AI models in production environments
• Monitoring model performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies (MLOps)
• Collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to define AI-driven solutions
• Ensuring AI systems are robust, explainable, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or similar
• Solid experience in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI development
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Experience building and deploying production-ready ML systems
• Understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)

It's considered to be a plus if you also have:

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or similar)
• Knowledge of LLMs, transformers, or generative AI applications
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in real-time systems, edge AI, or embedded AI deployment
• Experience working in regulated industries (automotive, healthcare, fintech, etc.)
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Spark, Airflow, or dbt
