Project Manager D365, production environment

We are now looking for an experienced German speaking ERP Project Manager for our end client, to lead the rollout of Dynamics 365 across the production facilities in Europe. Our client is an international organization that makes both products for the B2B and D2C retail market. We are looking for someone that has experience in picking up a Dynamics 365 end to end implementation in a production environment with a phased approach with successive iterations of delivery milestones.

The ERP rollout is part of a larger strategic transformation program at our client. The program consists of several parallel projects implementing a common way of working across the organization, supported by a harmonized and standardized ERP solution. The Project Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for the production rollout, from planning and preparation through implementation, cutover and go-live. This includes ensuring that all key areas of the rollout - such as solution delivery, data migration, testing, training and business readiness - are planned, coordinated and delivered within the agreed scope and timeline. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT teams, as well as the Program Manager, Transformation Leads, other Project Managers and external implementation partners.

The Dynamics 365 components that will be implemented are:

• F&O
• Supply Chain Management
• IVS

Key responsibilities

• Lead the D365 rollout across the production facilities in Europe.
• Own the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery.
• Coordinate activities and resources across business, IT and external partners.
• Ensure the solution is implemented in line with the agreed program template and transformation objectives.
• Ensure business and organizational readiness for implementation and go-live.
• Manage dependencies and priorities with other projects and workstreams within the transformation program.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact scope, timeline or delivery.
• Provide clear and concise status reporting to the Program Manager and Steering Committee.
• Drive the project toward successful and timely implementation.

To be successful in this role, we see that you have the following areas of experience:

• Senior ERP Project Manager with 5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in an ERP implementation project.
• Proven experience leading complex projects involving both business and IT.
• Experience with manufacturing, production environments and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience with implementation and transformation projects
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities, dependencies and tight timelines.
• Structured, proactive and independent, with a strong focus on delivery.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken language
