About the Position
Are you a structured and solution-oriented professional with a passion for driving successful ERP implementations? We’re always looking for experienced Project Managers in ERP to join our network. Whether your background is in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or another ERP platform, we welcome open applications from driven individuals ready to take on new challenges – either as freelancers or consultants.
We’re primarily expecting projects in Stockholm, as well as in Västerbotten and Norrbotten.
As a Project Manager ERP, you will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring that systems are implemented on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You’ll coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee all phases from planning to go-live and stabilization.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects across finance, supply chain, logistics, or production
- Managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including technical experts, consultants, and business stakeholders
- Overseeing change management, communication, and training activities
- Ensuring delivery quality and alignment with both technical and business objectives
Job Requirements
We’re looking for professionals with a strong combination of business insight and project management expertise. Ideal candidates will bring:
- Proven experience as Project Manager for ERP implementations (Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)
- Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, production, or logistics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Strong command of English (Swedish is a plus)
